To Whom It May Concern:

Mr. Scott Jordan has permission to use South Village Park on Sunday mornings am - 12 noon to play Mountain Bike Polo. There are approximately 6 people in his group, which is an informal group of friends meeting to recreate. According to the information I received from Mr. Jordan, I do not find a reason for a permit for this activity. I wanted Mr. Jordan to have something in writing from me stating that he indeed followed instruction from the City Ranger as far as obtaining a permit prior to play.

According to the Park and Recreation Department, Mr. Jordan's groups at this time does not need a permit but has permission to use South Village Park for Mountain Bike Polo on Sunday Mornings between am and 12 noon.
